In December 2023, with the successful completion of the topping-out ceremony for the steel structure of Section C of the Samsung SDI EM Complex #2 project undertaken by Hangxiao Steel Structure (Hebei) Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Hangxiao), and the concurrent fulfillment of supply contracts for other sections of the project, it marked the perfect conclusion of all contracts for the project sections undertaken by Hebei Hangxiao.These contracts were executed with the principles of short construction period and high quality.

The project is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, covering a total floor area of 1.4 million square meters and divided into five sections. Its goal is to leverage Malaysia's local market advantages to strengthen Samsung Group's production capacity and market share in the field of new energy batteries.

As the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has become a consensus among countries along the routes and globally, its green development focus is increasingly prominent. The overall completion of the steel structure for the Samsung SDI EM Complex #2 project represents another milestone for Hebei Hangxiao in the Southeast Asian market, showcasing its capability to align with international project owners, general contractors, and design institutes.

Moving forward, Hebei Hangxiao will focus on meeting the development needs associated with the Belt and Road construction, continuously leveraging its capabilities to jointly create a new chapter in BRI development through "green building."
