The project contains twenty-one sets of villas and seven high-rise residential buildings, with four 18-story and three 32-story high-rise residential buildings (negative 1-story and negative 2-story commercial), with a floor area of 95,899.84 m2 and a maximum building height of 96 m. Among them, the main structure of high-rise residential buildings adopts the steel-tube-concrete bundled structure residential building system independently innovated and researched and developed by Hangxiao Steel Structure, while the villas and the commercial part adopt the steel-frame structure.
