The project is located in Meilan District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, with A and B towers, podium and 2-story basement. 26 floors above ground of A tower, structural height 149.72m; 19 floors above ground of B tower, structural height 102.77m; 5 floors above ground of podium, structural height 23.95m. The structure type of A/B tower is steel frame with steel tube concrete columns + steel plate combined shear wall core cylinder structure system, and the podium is steelframe - braced structure.The project won the China Steel Structure Gold Award.
