The project is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. Phase I covers an area of about 530 mu, with a total building area of about 620000 m2 and an above ground building area of about 410000 m2. In phase I, there are 2 login halls. The exhibition hall is arranged in the form of "fish bone + semi enclosed". There are 8 standard exhibition halls, including 2 double-layer exhibition halls and 6 single-layer exhibition halls.

The project is an important airport exhibition base and opening platform in China, a key project in Hangzhou, and the first landmark and leading major project in the new exhibition city. It integrates exhibition, convention center, star rated hotel and other functions. After completion, it will become a "Hangzhou window" leading the development of Hangzhou's exhibition industry.
