The project is located in Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, with six floors above ground and one floor below ground. The above ground building plane is similar to a rectangle, with a length of about 170m from north to south, and a width of about 28.32m from east to west, with a standard floor height of 4.5m, and a total height of about 36m, and the main grid columns of 8.4m*8.4m. The Xinzhou Building adopts the way of elevated ground floor, and succeeds in opening up the visual channel between the Central Ring and the Caohejing Park on the east side, and becoming aa landmark building next to the Central Ring Road.
