The project is located in Hailing District, Taizhou City, with a project cost of RMB 115.483 million yuan, a building area of 17020.09m2, 1 floor underground, 11 floors above ground, and assembled steel structure construction.The project adopts the patented product of Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd, the first steel structure listed company in China - steel pipe concrete bundled shear wall structure system, H-type steel beams, steel pipe columns and supporting components, and the steel components are all processed and produced by Jiangsu Jianghai Hangxiao Green Building Science and Technology Co., Ltd, and transported to the site for installation, with an assembling rate of 67.8%, which is the first assembled steel structure public building in Taizhou City.The project was awarded as "Jiangsu Province Building Construction Standardized Star Site (3 Stars)" and "Jiangsu Province Wisdom Site".
