The project consists of a tower and a partial podium above the ground.The tower is 50 floors above ground, with a large roof height of about 218.3m and a total floor area of about 146,000 square meters.The main building adopts a mixed structural system (steel pipe concrete columns - steel frame beams - concrete core), while the podium and basement adopt a reinforced concrete frame structural system.
