The construction land area of the project is about 201 mu, the total building area is 660,000 square meters, and the main building consists of 16 high-rise and ultra-high-rise steel structure residences of 26~41 floors.The project adopts the complete set of steel structure residential system independently innovated and developed by Hangxiao Steel Structure, and the Design Department of Hangxiao undertakes the design of the structure and wall enclosure system of the whole project.The exterior wall adopts CCA board grouting wall with excellent sound insulation, heat preservation, fireproof and waterproof performance, and the interior wall adopts CCA board prefabricated slat partition wall, and all the walls satisfy the relevant national energy-saving heat preservation and sound insulation norms, and have good usability performance.
