Wanxian-Metropolis City project is located in Qingshan District of Baotou City, with a total construction area of about 1 million square meters, mainly 30-34-storey high-rise buildings, all of which adopt Hangxiao steel structure housing industrialization complete set system.The project is located in high intensity seismic zone and cold area, and its anti-seismic defense level is 8 degrees. The first and second phases adopt steel frame supporting structure system, and the third and fourth phases adopt steel tube bundle combination shear wall structure system.The project won the China Steel Structure Gold Award, Architectural Design Gold Award, Planning Design Gold Award, and Gold Award for the Promotion of Complete Sets of Technology in Residential Industry, etc.; in 2016, it won the Baotou Assembled Steel Structure Building Industrialization Base, the Demonstration Project of Green Ecological Residential Community, and the Most Brand Influential Real Estate Enterprise of Boao Forum; in 2017, it won the 2016 Industry Innovation Award; and the Phase IV project won the three-star green in 2018.Building Design Labeling Certificate for Phase IV Project in 2018; and in 2019, it was honored as one of the annual Top 10 Quality Livable Model Properties in China.
