The project is located at the city's central axis in Yibin District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, introducing a comprehensive convention center, conference center, convention and exhibition hotel and other functional sections.The shape of the conference center is inspired by "Hetu Luoshu", and the main façade of the building is integrated with Han Que elements; the shape of the conference and exhibition center is symbolic of the "Yellow River Scroll", and the main body of the building is dignified and elegant, while the roof is dynamic and soaring, and it will become an architectural landmark along the high-speed rail line.
