——The first steel structure residential community in Africa

The project consists of two house types A and B. The building height is 45.8 meters, with 15 floors. The ground floor is the overhead floor of the square, with a floor height of 5.1 meters. The standard floors are residential houses, with a floor height of 2.8 meters. The project adopts a complete set of steel structure residential system independently developed by Hangxiao steel structure. The structural form is steel frame support structure system, and the wall adopts CCA board grouting wall with excellent sound insulation, heat preservation, fire prevention and waterproof performance.
